Youth expression shines in art exhibits
Let the bidding begin! SAY Si (San Antonio Youth Yes), a nonprofit arts organization, will have its 11th annual silent auction, "Small Scale Work for a Larger Cause," from 5:30 p.m.-9 p.m. today at 1518 S. Alamo. Local, regional and national artists have donated more than 200 small scale artworks to the auction including paintings, sculptures, mixed media, photography and digital art.

Food donations bring almost-free movie deals to help community feed the hungry

Anything almost free can seem like an enticing deal, especially when it helps out the community and benefits the hungry of San Antonio.

Ballet feature at McAllister auditorium

Ballet San Antonio invites students to forget their conception of ballet and enjoy a fresh perspective with their "Off Center" production. The production features choreography by Mayra Worthen, Ballet San Antonio's artistic director, as well as input by other company members.
